Furious Suarez led Barca to a comprehensive victory

Deportivo La Coruna 0 – 8 Barcelona
Barcelona returned to winning way in style after an 8 goals thumping of Deportivo La Coruna.

Suarez scored 4 goals and laid on 3 assists in a superb display by the Catalans. With Barcelona in sparkling form, Luis Suarez hit the back of the net four times and assisted another three goals to help Barca win comprehensively on Wednesday and ended four games winless streaks in La Liga.
Having lost three previous La Liga games, Barcelona desperately needed to respond positively to maintain their stand in the league. Suarez was on song as he took his season tally for 2015/2016 goals to 49 in all.

The Uruguayan opened the scoring after Ivan Rakitic corner and doubled Barca’s lead after a Lionel Messi sublime assist.  Suarez then set up Rakitic for the Catalans third goal early in the second half and then personally scored another two goals before the end of the game to take his league goal tally to 30 this season in La Liga.
Barcelona did not stop at 5 goals as Messi, Batra and Neymar had more salt to Deportivo’s injury. The Catalans have restored the 3 points lead ahead of the second place, Atletico Madrid away match to Athletic Bilbao and Real Madrid home game against Villarreal later on Wednesday.
However, both Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid also won their matches respectively to keep more pressure on Barcelona at the top of the table.
