Battle of the money bags ended in stalemate (PSG 2 – 2 Manchester City)

           The two rich clubs encounter in champions league ended in stalemate. A surprising error from Fernando gifted PSG a goal, but the premier league giant fought back to put themselves in the driving seat before next week’s return leg at the Ethiad stadium. Manchester City is the favourite to progress to the semi-final of the champions league after a two solid away goals in Paris.
         

          Kevin De Bruyne gave the visitors the lead after Joe Hart saved Zlatan Ibrahimovic penalty, but the Swede redeemed his image when he pounced on Fernando loss of concentration to hit the back of Joe Hart’s net. Adrien Rabiot scored the second goal for PSG to give them the lead for the first time after the break, but an error from Serge Aurier gave the opportunity to Fernando to redeem his image from his astonishing error that allowed Ibrahimovic to score the equalizer. The Brazilian put Manchester City firmly in the driving seat with his goal. PSG will be hoping to do better when the visit Ethiad Stadium next week Tuesday and Manchester City will also be looking forward to reaching the semi final of the champions league for the first time in their history.
